Effective today, Dec 1st we have enlisted the help of Dover Wrecker Service out of Fort Mill for all of our towing needs within the townhome community of Waterstone. We are in the process of changing all of the signs within the community and will post an article in the upcoming newsletter as well.

With quick response times and random drive through's, we are exicted to partner with Dover to help us maintain the no on street parking rule within the Copperline and Goldview sections of Waterstone. Please remember if you or your guest's vehicle is parked on the street it will be towed- no exception!  Overflow parking is available at the pool for your convenience. You may also refer to the "Townhome Parking Rules" within the document section of the website for more information.

If you would like to report a vehicle that is illegally parked, please feel free to contact board member, Amanda Rosso at 803-431-6343. Please provide the make, model, license plate and location of vehicle. Remember, only board members are authorized to call the towing company and have a vehicle removed.

Registered Waterstone website users will now see a HOA Dues Online Payment link on the left side of their home page. Now paying your dues is easier than ever!

The newsletter will be late this month.  We have run into a snag with our regular vendor for printing and delivery of the newsletter.  We are working on getting this resolved and hope to have a newsletter out by the mid-month or earlier.

During the process of upgrading our website today we ran into some issues that could only be resolved by restoring the website from Friday's backup.  This means all changes (including message board posts, new user registrations, and so on) between Friday and Tuesday around noon are gone and will have to be done again.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

This was the first step in a series of upgrades to improve security, performance, and functionality.  Please e-mail the web Admin if you experience any issues.  A list of changes can be found after the break:
